Terms of Service
Photographer Malaga promise an ultra-reliable photography service!. However, when faced with circumstances beyond our control, such as illness or accident, (we are only human after all), Mark will always try his best to find you a suitable replacement photographer to cover your booking. We have a lot of contacts in the business, so we can most often find talented professionals to cover us at short notice, if needed.**
For your privacy, we only share your photos and videos on social media, websites or internet platforms with your prior permission. Offering maximum privacy for sensitive clients or photographic shoots of a more sensitive nature. If you would prefer us not to use your photos in our promotions, please let us know.
Editing photographs takes time, but our standard turnaround times are as quick as they can be! We provide up to 30 sample or "sneak peak" photos within 5 days of your shoot (often faster), and the rest of your photos within 10 weeks!
If you prefer even quicker than above, we also offer a premium high-speed 7 day editing service, subject to availability. Please ask us for a price.
To book your Malaga photography service we will request a deposit of 30%, with the Balance payable 7 days before the event. A reminder will be sent a little time before it's due.
Photographer Malaga is fully registered with the tax / social security agency in Spain and we carry public liability insurance allowing us to operate in almost any venue throughout Spain.
Mark Antony is based in Malaga, Spain, just 20 minutes from central Nerja and 45 minutes from Malaga. Our partners and videographers are based in Malaga city itself.
* If our photographers or videographers are to be present throughout a wedding or event for more than 5 hours, a meal should be provided for each of us. This meal should be presented to us as a time when photography would not be needed, such as when the guests are also eating. Please ask your venue or caterer, as they often provide staff menus at reduced rates. we thank you for this in advance.
